I am a Country Southern girl at heart. Past time is spent traveling, touring museums and spending time back home watching the horses on my grandparents’ land graze. There is nothing more relaxing than country life. It’s something about seeing a pretty butterfly cross my path. The thought of thinking about the transformation the butterfly went through to get to that point.
I like to think of my style of counseling the same way. Assisting individuals change from one stage of life to the next using various forms of treatment. I practice from an eclectic view, treating the client according to their need at that time. I treat children 8 and above, along with adults up to age 88.
Hi, I am LaWanda Epting. I have resided in Texas for the last 10 years. I am originally from Louisiana. I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Master degree in Community Counseling and a Bachelors in Social Work. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I also work as the Behavioral Health / Crisis Counselor for Hutto Middle School.
